Fruit Butters are smooth and sweet with just a touch of spice. Traditionally fruit butters were used as bread spreads but they are delicious served with cottage cheese, on pancakes or stirred in plain yogurt.

Preserves are made from wholesome premium fruit and cooked to perfection. Preserves generally contain large portions of the very fruit that was cooked.

Jellies are made with the juice of the fruit. A jelly will not contain any seeds or traces of the fruit other than flavor.

McCutcheons also offers many of these products as Juice Sweetened Spreads. These delicious spreads taste just like regular preserves and jellies but are sweetened with pure fruit juice concentrates instead of refined sugar. Use as you would any preserve, jelly or marmalade.
